Reservation Policy

- Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability. 

- Check-In Time; 14:00 hours. Guests may check-in at any time from 2:00 pm on day of arrival.

- Check -Out Time; 12:00 hours. On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 12:00 pm. Failure to check-out before 12:00pm will entitle the Hotel to charge for an additional night.

- A reservation is only guaranteed when complete payment is made upon request for the reservation. Guests must pay all outstanding charges on departure. 

- A valid government-issued identification or international passport is required at check-in.  

- Earlier Check-in can be arranged on prior notice.

- Minimum age for registration and check-in is 18.

- No Smoking Property. For the convenience of our guests, all of our rooms have been designated as non-smoking rooms. The use of shisha, charcoal and electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to charge a 10,000-naira room freshen up charge whenever the non-smoking rule has been violated.

- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drinks or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

- The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damages, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests to the hotel's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. 
We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest will incur to a minimum.

- Pets are not allowed.

- We reserve the right to charge guest the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriages charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

- Guest shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the hotel, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration. 
 

Payment Policy

- Complete payment is required for all bookings to secure your reservation.

- Upon reservation, Guest would be charged for the amount indicated on the booking form above or in an email.

- Payment could be made by cash or P.O.S. at our Hotel Reception Desk, or by direct bank transfer to our bank account.

- Payment via direct bank transfer may take up to 72 hours to reflect on our bank account, and that is when credit would be given to payee.

- All payments are in Naira, unless otherwise stated. Accepting of foreign currencies and exchange rates are subject to the management discretion.

 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 48 hours (i.e., by 4pm Nigerian time) prior to your arrival date.

- Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax).

- In the event of no show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged at the time of reservation.

- In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% on payment processing charges and refunds will take 2 to 3 days.

Note: Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
